EWUF EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
The EWUF Executive Council consists of 15 persons elected by the Congress among the most active members of the EWUF.
This Council of 15 people shall include the 4 Executive Committee members and be chaired by the President or his nominee.
The EC is an advisory board to advise the Executive Board and the Congress.
The term of office for the Council shall be 4 years. Appointments and replacement of the Council Members shall be by recommendation of the EB and ratified by the Congress. The EB shall take into account the long standing of people and their contribution to Wushu over a sustained period of time.
Presence of two thirds of members of the EC is needed for a quorum. Decisions will be made by simple majority vote made by a show of hands of those present and voting. No proxy vote shall be allowed. In the event of a tied vote the chair of the meeting shall have a second and casting vote.
Normal business shall be conducted by e-mail, which shall be co-ordinated by the chair of the Commission. Meetings via conference call are permitted and shall be legal.

© European Wushu Federation (EWUF) 2015. EWUF is the only official Wushu organization in Europe responsible for managing all Chinese Martial Arts (Wushu, Kungfu, Taijiquan, Wingchun, Shuaijiao etc.) as recognized by the International Wushu Federation (IWUF). Wushu is an official Sport recognized by the International Olympic Committee, ARISF and Sportaccord since 1998. The European wushu federation was created in 1985. The IWUF was created in 1991.
